Food and words are my tools of choice to make sense of life and the world. A chef by accident, a passion that became a second career, I would like to share my finds, thoughts, experiments and mistakes.

I was born and raised in Italy, a nomad by trade, I currently live in Los Angeles. Steeped in the dreaded middle age I never thought would catch up with me, I am only trying to age gracefully and have fun doing it.
